•Assist to provide strategic HR Business partner support to all business units and support functions.
•Manage the initiation and coordination of all recruitment, selection, induction and placement strategy process for all categories of new employees to meet and deliver business objectives.
•Ensure staff compliance with Company policies and procedures.
•Maintenance of Personnel records.
•Update job descriptions for all positions in conjunction with Line Managers.
•Assist to enforce discipline and counsel staff where necessary to foster a positive work attitude and prepare relevant communication to staff where this is concerned.
•Interface with ITF, process training reimbursements from ITF and keep records of Staff trainings and development interventions.
•Liaise with government agencies such as Nigeria Immigration Services, federal ministry of the Interior, etc. on expatriate staff management.
•Coordinate and engage in public relations (CSR) activities of the Company.
•Cataloguing and classifying library resources.
•Responsible for filing documents in line with the Company’s ISO standard.
• Liaise with external Vendors, training Providers, Auditors, etc.
• Manage Company’s manpower planning vis a vis business objectives and unit needs.
