He has been engaged in the United Kingdom, Nigeria and other parts of West, East and Southern Africa in different capacities as financial and general manager, adviser, organisational development consultant in manufacturing and service organisations. He spent sometime with Coopers & Lybrand International (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in the UK and also with the SCOA Group. He has worked in 46 countries in Africa, Asia and Europe and lead assignments in 26 countries across Africa. He set up Phillips Consulting Limited and is currently the chairman/CEO with offices in Nigeria, South Africa, United Kingdom and Kenya.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds an MBA in Business Administration. He has a cumulative professional experienced spanning over 25years in Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Training in the private and public sectors. He was an Associate Partner in charge of Practice Management of Phillips Consulting before becoming the COO of Phillips Outsourcing in the last seven years.
Felicia holds a first degree in English from the University of Ibadan, an MBA in Management from the University of Benin, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos, and a Certificate in Project Management from the Project Management College, United Kingdom. Her over 20 years experience spans administration, public relations, and human resource administration, in both the public and private sectors. Felicia is a seasoned facilitator in effective communication and writing skills courses, and she has worked with clients in the oil and gas industry, insurance, professional service firms, and government, locally and internationally. Felicia is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations. She’s passionate about human capital development as a strategic tool for achieving organisational success.
